There are a range of botulinum toxins on the market for cosmetic use. Botox® is the most popular botulinum toxin treatment this is manufactured by Allergan who pioneered the development of botulinum toxins for cosmetic use and until recently owned the patent for this technology. VISTABEL® botulinum toxin also produced by Allergan is the same botulinum toxin as Botox but VISTABEL® is licensed for cosmetic us in the glabellar region.
KT Training introduction botox training will discuss the range of botulinum toxin available. For consistency and for your benefit we will use the BOTOX® ,VISTABEL® and review Xeomin® and BOCOUTURE products, these products are provided by the market leaders in the botulinum toxins development.
We will also review Azzalure botulinum toxin which require different dilution and injection units from the other botulinum toxin products. Azzalure is licensed for cosmetic use for glabellar. We recommend Botox and Vistabel to our course attendees due to these products being produced by the market leaders in botulinum toxins for cosmetic use.

theory, facial musculature, dilution, injection technique, (BOTOX/VISTABEL,Xeomin and review of Azzalure), patient protocols (consent, medical history, post care).
Demonstration of botulinum toxins(BOTOX /VISTABEL and Xeomin) for forehead, glabellar and crows feet.
Hands on practical injection training with a range of patients provide. This cover facial assessment, treatment mapping, injecting and providing post treatment instructions).
Starting your cosmetic practice.
Guidance on starting your medical aesthetics clinic from insurance and pharmacy accounts to marketing your skills and practice.

The advanced botulinum toxins for cosmetic use, is for clinicians who have already attended an introduction to botox course and wish to enhance their skills and range of treatments provided with botulinum toxins.
Guidance on developing your your medical aesthetics clinic plus marketing your new skills and clinic.
Botox cosmetic use for the lower face should be administered by an experienced medical aesthetics practitioner.
The advanced botox medical aesthetic training is a one day combined training courses which also covers advanced dermal filler training which includes facial sculpting, cheek bone enhancements and lips. |
