I do feel that this has been money well spent. Yasmin your positive drive and attitude is an inspiration; Adrian you were so helpful in providing all the information I needed - even down to flagging a taxi for me! On both days Andrew taught us the techniques with great professionalism and great emphasis on the importance of safe practice.
